Now that the warmer season is here, temperatures are increasing inside our plants too, thanks to the arrival of two new batch ovens for the heat treatment of brake pads. Once again, the technology and innovation of IMF Engineering puts itself at the service of the most complex production needs, studying new solutions capable of offering increasingly efficient processes, both in terms of accessibility and performance.
Our new static ovens, designed for both manual and automatic loading of the brake pads, allow to maintain constant temperatures in medium to long cycles. The uniformity of the heat distribution curves directly affects the quality and the performance of the brake pads, which are obviously a fundamental element for the safety of the entire braking system.
