It’s with great satisfaction that we can announce the delivery of our spray booth for steel drums to a new important customer. This time, after many recent installations around the world, we are back in Italy.
Confidentiality is a must, but we can tell you that we are dealing with one of the best known manufacturing centers for metal packaging, based in the most productive region of our country. We have said too much… let us give you some details about the protagonist of the delivery, a machine that is able to guarantee excellent productivity with a speed of 720 pieces per hour, without sacrificing versatility: up to 3 colors for the exterior of the steel drum with water-based paint and internal lacquering.
The water wall allows a better abatement of the pigments released during the painting phase. As always, our machines offer the greatest flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of our customers. In this case it has been designed for use in combination with removal units of the paint sludge.
