The automated and continuous loading process allows a #robot to place a specific quantity of brake pads on a tray, and the number of stacked trays determines the oven’s hourly productivity. With 12 trays per stack, this oven can process up to 600-700 brake pads per hour.
Its distinctive design incorporates a single heat generator, equipped with lateral air delivery supply and return, for optimal hot air *re*circulation among the trays, ensuring a perfect heat exchange with the brake pads.
