About Project
We design and build immersion type plants for impregnating the stators and rotors of electric motors. Specific resins are used, they are conditioned and recirculated according to pre-set temperatures, loaded in the impregnation tank; if used at high viscosity, they allow good penetration of the wire winding even at atmospheric pressure, improving electric insulation and heat transmission.
The next steps of the production process are the dripping and the baking of the resins in the oven, to make the electrical windings mechanically compact and insulated for their installation in electrical components, such as the most common electrical appliances.
